As a result, all Member States are required to implement Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for textiles latest on 17 April 2028.<\/p>\n<p>In connection with the new waste stream \u201cused textiles,\u201d existing system operators are increasingly encountering new actors. Non-profit organizations play a key role in local reuse activities, particularly in the collection of used textiles.
